Your voucher will be delivered to you or to the recipient if you choose to specify the recipient's email address.

1. There are no restrictions on when your voucher can be delivered. You can choose to have it delivered instantly or at a later date of your choosing.
2. Delivery of your voucher by email is free of charge.
3. You (or your recipient) will receive an email containing your voucher together with a link to download your voucher at any time.
4. Your voucher is loaded with value and ready to spend in accordance with voucher usage terms.
5. After placing your order you will receive a confirmation email that includes your order number together with a link to the voucher if you need to print it.
6. If you have specified a voucher recipient email address other than yourself you will receive notification to confirm when the voucher has been sent by email to your specified recipient.

Ticket Terms and Conditions for the St. Nicholas Day Candlelight Concert on the 34th Floor of Olivia Star | Łukasz Reks

The ticket entitles one person to attend the St. Nicholas Day Candlelight Concert featuring Łukasz Reks and his band, taking place on 6 December 2026 at 6:00 pm on the 34th floor of Olivia Star, on a single occasion.

The ticket is valid only for the specified event and date. Once used, or once the event has ended, the ticket becomes invalid and cannot be used again.

Failure to use the ticket for reasons attributable to the ticket holder does not entitle them to a refund or an exchange for another date or event. This does not affect their right to lodge a complaint or any other statutory rights.

Ticket Admission Rules:

• The ticket must be presented at the entrance in electronic or printed form, allowing it to be read and verified.

• The organiser may refuse admission if the ticket is counterfeit, invalid or has already been used. If the ticket is illegible, its validity must be confirmed before admission.

• The ticket is valid only for the St. Nicholas Day Candlelight Concert featuring Łukasz Reks and his band, taking place on 6 December 2026 at 6:00 pm at Olivia Star.

• Tickets may not be resold to third parties for commercial or speculative purposes without the organiser’s consent.

• Under Article 38(1)(12) of the Polish Consumer Rights Act, the purchaser has no statutory right to withdraw from a distance or off-premises contract within 14 days, as the ticket is for a cultural event taking place on a specified date.

• Capacity is limited.

• The organiser recommends arriving at least 15 minutes before the event begins, i.e. by 5:45 pm. Once the concert has started, admission may be delayed until a suitable break in the programme to avoid disrupting the performance.

• Attendees must comply with safety rules and staff instructions concerning order and safety. The organiser may refuse admission or require an attendee to leave if they pose a safety risk or seriously disrupt the event.

• The organiser may make reasonable changes to the schedule, band line-up or programme for reasons beyond its control. Attendees will be informed of any significant changes. Such changes do not affect the right to lodge a complaint or seek a refund where provided for by law.

• Attendees are asked to look after their personal belongings. The organiser’s liability for their loss or damage is governed by applicable law.

• If the event is cancelled, ticket holders are entitled to a ticket refund. Attendance on another date or at another event may be offered as an alternative and requires the ticket holder’s consent.

• If the event date changes, ticket holders may accept the new date or cancel their attendance and receive a ticket refund.
