Your voucher will be delivered to you or to the recipient if you choose to specify the recipient's email address.

1. There are no restrictions on when your voucher can be delivered. You can choose to have it delivered instantly or at a later date of your choosing.
2. Delivery of your voucher by email is free of charge.
3. You (or your recipient) will receive an email containing your voucher together with a link to download your voucher at any time.
4. Your voucher is loaded with value and ready to spend in accordance with voucher usage terms.
5. After placing your order you will receive a confirmation email that includes your order number together with a link to the voucher if you need to print it.
6. If you have specified a voucher recipient email address other than yourself you will receive notification to confirm when the voucher has been sent by email to your specified recipient.

Terms of Use – Pizza + Admission to the 32nd Floor

The voucher entitles the holder to a one-time redemption of the option selected at the time of purchase on the 32nd floor of Olivia Star in Gdańsk.

Two options are available:

• Set for 1 person – PLN 45 – includes 1 pizza of choice from the current menu and one-time admission to the 32nd floor for 1 person.

• Set for 2 people – PLN 90 – includes 2 pizzas of choice from the current menu and one-time admission to the 32nd floor for 2 people.

Admission to the 32nd floor is included in the price of the set and is not charged separately. The standard admission ticket price is PLN 26 per person.

Admission to the observation terrace is available during standard opening hours only. The voucher does not include admission to separately ticketed special events, such as Disco Night.

The voucher must be presented to the staff before placing an order, either electronically or in printed form.

The voucher may be redeemed only once and must be used in full. Individual elements of the set cannot be exchanged for other products, cash or redeemed separately. Failure to use any part of the set does not entitle the holder to a partial refund.

Additional products outside the set may be ordered separately at the prices applicable in the current menu.

The voucher is valid for 3 months from the date of purchase. After the validity period expires, the voucher becomes void and is not refundable or extendable, subject to mandatory provisions of law.

Redemption is available during the venue’s standard opening hours. During periods of high visitor traffic, contacting the venue in advance is recommended.
