Your voucher will be delivered to you or to the recipient if you choose to specify the recipient's email address.

1. There are no restrictions on when your voucher can be delivered. You can choose to have it delivered instantly or at a later date of your choosing.
2. Delivery of your voucher by email is free of charge.
3. You (or your recipient) will receive an email containing your voucher together with a link to download your voucher at any time.
4. Your voucher is loaded with value and ready to spend in accordance with voucher usage terms.
5. After placing your order you will receive a confirmation email that includes your order number together with a link to the voucher if you need to print it.
6. If you have specified a voucher recipient email address other than yourself you will receive notification to confirm when the voucher has been sent by email to your specified recipient.

1. The voucher entitles one person to enjoy the set menu once at Treinta y Tres restaurant on the 33rd floor of Olivia Star. The set includes: Croquetas de Jamón Ibérico, Pimientos de Padrón, Gambas a la Marinera, Crema Catalana con Frutos Rojos and three glasses of wine selected by the sommelier.

2. Advance table reservation is required to redeem the voucher. Reservations: tel. +48 731 334 332, email: [email protected]. Purchasing a voucher does not constitute a table reservation. Without a reservation, the restaurant may be unable to accept the voucher on your preferred date.

3. The voucher is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. It must be redeemed before the expiry date stated on the voucher.

4. The voucher must be presented to the restaurant staff in electronic or printed form. The restaurant may refuse to accept a voucher that is expired, counterfeit, previously redeemed or damaged in a way that prevents verification.

5. The voucher is for a specific set menu and is not a monetary voucher. It cannot be exchanged for cash. Unused items included in the set cannot be exchanged for other menu items or refunded. Additional orders are charged separately according to the restaurant’s current menu.

6. As the offer includes wine, it is available only to guests aged 18 or over.

7. The voucher must not be resold to third parties for commercial or speculative purposes.

8. Consumers who purchase the voucher online may withdraw from the contract within 14 days of its conclusion, without giving a reason. If the service begins or is fully provided before this period expires, the applicable provisions of the Polish Consumer Rights Act shall apply.

9. By purchasing the voucher, the purchaser confirms that they have read and accepted these terms and conditions. These terms do not limit consumers’ statutory rights, including the right to make a complaint.
