The invitation is valid for 2 people and entitles the holders to attend the New Year’s Eve event “One Night in Havana”, taking place on 31 December 2026 from 8:00 PM to 3:00 AM on the 34th floor of Olivia Star in Gdańsk.

The invitation price is PLN 2,400 for 2 people and includes a glass of Taittinger champagne, a served dinner and buffet, an open bar with a selection of alcoholic beverages, cocktails and soft drinks, as well as a tasting of The Macallan single malt whisky.

The invitation includes 2 seats at a shared 10-person table. Purchasing the invitation does not constitute a reservation of a private table for 2 people.

The invitation is valid only on the date of the event and must be presented upon entry in either electronic or printed form. Failure to use the invitation or cancellation by the guest does not entitle the Purchaser to a refund or exchange for another date.

Due to the nature of the service and its specific date of performance, the Purchaser is not entitled to the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal applicable to distance contracts.

Any food allergies or special dietary requirements must be communicated to the Organiser sufficiently in advance. Any menu adjustments are subject to prior confirmation by the Organiser.

Alcoholic beverages may only be served to guests of legal drinking age.

If the event is cancelled by the Organiser, the Purchaser will be entitled to a refund of the invitation price.
