Your voucher will be delivered to you or to the recipient if you choose to specify the recipient's email address.

1. There are no restrictions on when your voucher can be delivered. You can choose to have it delivered instantly or at a later date of your choosing.
2. Delivery of your voucher by email is free of charge.
3. You (or your recipient) will receive an email containing your voucher together with a link to download your voucher at any time.
4. Your voucher is loaded with value and ready to spend in accordance with voucher usage terms.
5. After placing your order you will receive a confirmation email that includes your order number together with a link to the voucher if you need to print it.
6. If you have specified a voucher recipient email address other than yourself you will receive notification to confirm when the voucher has been sent by email to your specified recipient.

Terms of Use - New Year’s Eve Invitation at ARCO by Paco Pérez with an Overnight Stay

The invitation is valid for 2 people and entitles the holders to attend the New Year’s Eve event taking place on 31 December 2026 from 7:30 PM at ARCO by Paco Pérez, located on the 33rd floor of Olivia Star in Gdańsk, and includes an overnight stay with breakfast for 2 people at Olivia Pulse, in the building directly next to Olivia Star.

Two options are available:

• Tasting Menu for 2 people with an Overnight Stay and Breakfast - PLN 3,260 - includes the New Year’s Eve tasting menu and an overnight stay with breakfast for 2 people at Olivia Pulse.

• Tasting Menu for 2 people + Taittinger Champagne Pairing with an Overnight Stay and Breakfast - PLN 4,360 - includes all of the above as well as a Taittinger champagne pairing for 2 people.

The overnight stay is from 31 December 2026 to 1 January 2027, with breakfast included for 2 people.

The invitation is valid only for the scheduled event and the stay included in the package. It must be presented upon entry in either electronic or printed form. Failure to use the invitation, overnight stay or breakfast, or cancellation by the guest, does not entitle the Purchaser to a refund or exchange for another date.

Due to the nature of the service and its specific date of performance, the Purchaser is not entitled to the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal applicable to distance contracts.

Any food allergies or special dietary requirements must be communicated to the Organiser sufficiently in advance. Any menu adjustments are subject to prior confirmation by the Organiser.

If the event is cancelled by the Organiser, the Purchaser will be entitled to a refund of the invitation price.
