Terms and Conditions for Admission Tickets to the “Yoga in the Clouds” Event Series at Olivia Star

The organiser reserves the right to refuse admission if no spaces are available, if a participant arrives late, or for organisational or safety reasons.

Each admission ticket entitles the holder to attend one selected session of “Yoga in the Clouds”, held on the 34th floor of Olivia Star, and is valid only for the date and time selected at the time of purchase. Once the event has ended, the ticket expires and cannot be used again or refunded.

Failure to use the ticket, in whole or in part, does not entitle the holder to a refund or an exchange for another date, session or event.

Ticket use:

• The ticket must be presented at the entrance to the event in electronic or printed form.

• The organiser may refuse to accept a ticket if it is damaged, illegible, counterfeit or invalid.

• The ticket is valid only for the “Yoga in the Clouds” event held at Olivia Star.

• Tickets may not be resold to third parties for commercial or speculative purposes without the organiser’s consent.

• The purchaser has the right to withdraw from the ticket purchase within 14 days of the purchase date, provided that the event covered by the ticket has not taken place before the end of this period and the ticket has not been used.

• Spaces for each session are limited.

• The organiser recommends arriving at least 15 minutes before the session begins. Entry may not be possible once the class has started.

• The ticket price includes a yoga mat for use during the session and gifts from the event partners.

• Participants take part in the classes at their own risk and should assess their health and physical capabilities before attending a session.

• The organiser accepts no liability for injuries or deterioration in health resulting from participation in the event.

• The organiser reserves the right to change the instructor, schedule or session time due to circumstances beyond its control. Such changes do not entitle the ticket holder to a refund.

• If the organiser cancels the event, participants are entitled to a refund or the option to attend on another available date.
