Your voucher will be delivered to you or to the recipient if you choose to specify the recipient's email address.

1. There are no restrictions on when your voucher can be delivered. You can choose to have it delivered instantly or at a later date of your choosing.
2. Delivery of your voucher by email is free of charge.
3. You (or your recipient) will receive an email containing your voucher together with a link to download your voucher at any time.
4. Your voucher is loaded with value and ready to spend in accordance with voucher usage terms.
5. After placing your order you will receive a confirmation email that includes your order number together with a link to the voucher if you need to print it.
6. If you have specified a voucher recipient email address other than yourself you will receive notification to confirm when the voucher has been sent by email to your specified recipient.

1. The Organizer reserves the right to refuse entry in the event of full capacity or for organizational reasons.
2. In order to use the gastronomic offer of Olivia Garden, a prior table reservation is required. Purchasing a ticket for the Bułka Paryss'ka event does not constitute a table reservation and does not guarantee seating availability.
3. The ticket entitles the holder to a single entry to the Bułka Paryss'ka event and is valid only for the date selected at the time of purchase. After the event ends, the ticket becomes invalid and is not subject to return or exchange.
4. Failure to use the ticket in full or in part does not constitute grounds for a refund or exchange for another date or event.
5. Ticket redemption rules:
   • The ticket must be presented at the entrance in electronic or printed form.
   • The Organizer reserves the right to refuse entry if the ticket is damaged, illegible, forged, or invalid.
   • The ticket is valid only for the Bułka Paryss'ka event organized at Olivia Garden.
6. Tickets may not be resold to third parties for commercial or speculative purposes without the Organizer’s consent.
7. The Buyer has the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days from the date of purchase, provided that the ticket has not been used.
8. By purchasing the ticket, the Buyer declares that they have read and accept these terms and conditions.
